UzAuto Motors presents four new models: Estimated costs announced

After UzAuto Motors presented four new SUV models on December 25, the question about the monopoly of the company raised again on social networks.

The reason is that none of the presented models is affordable for ordinary citizens of Uzbekistan.

The presentation was like a concert and none of the officials delivered a speech. In addition, the format of the event did not imply a press approach and journalists were not able to ask their questions. At the end of the presentation, the most important questions remained open - the price of models and whether there would be a large-assembly in Uzbekistan.

Surprisingly, the company reports that sales will begin today, December 26. 

According to some sources, the estimated cost of new cars is as follows:

Equinox - 280-300 million soums

Traverse - 380-400 million soums

Trailblazer - 480-500 million soums

Tahoe - 780-800 million soums

There is no news yet about Chevrolet Onix sedan, which is a budget option.

In addition, there is no information on how UzAuto Motors has mastered the production of new models and on the level of localization.
