Hot water and heating supply tariffs to rise in Tashkent region
According to a decision made by the People's Deputies Council of Tashkent Region, starting from February 1, 2025, the tariffs for hot water and heating services provided by local heating companies will be increased.
It was reported that the prices for services provided by the regional Heat Source production management, Angren Heat Energy SUE, Chirchik Heat Energy JSC, and Almalyk Heat Source LLC will change for consumers in the region.
Specifically, the Heat Source will offer a new price of 93,464 UZS per Gcal (including VAT) for heating and hot water services, which is an increase from the current price of 81,312 UZS.
In addition, for those with a meter, the price for 1 cubic meter of hot water will be set at 5,144 UZS (up from 4,472 UZS). For those without a meter, individuals will need to pay more than 20,000 UZS per month.
It is also worth noting that in September 2024, the People's Deputies Council of Tashkent City approved an increase in the regulated prices for heating services. As a result, the prices were raised by 15%. The new retail tariff for hot water and heating services to the population was set at 121,617 UZS per Gcal.
