JETEX to launch the first FBO service in Uzbekistan
JETEX, a leading company in the private aviation sector, is set to establish the first and only FBO (Fixed-Base Operator) service in Uzbekistan following the signing of a memorandum of cooperation with the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
This collaboration was formalized during the official visit of Shavkat Mirziyoyev to the UAE, where Ilkhom Mahkamov, the Minister of Transport of Uzbekistan, met with Adel Mardini, the founder of JETEX.
This agreement lays the foundation for a series of new civil aviation projects aimed at improving services for VIP and CIP passengers at Tashkent-East Airport. As part of the initiative, air taxi and VIP taxi services will be introduced to enhance convenience and luxury for high-profile travelers. The project is expected to create over 200 jobs in the business aviation sector.
An FBO is a company that provides a broad range of services at airports and airfields, including aircraft fueling, parking, maintenance and repair, aircraft rentals, flight training, and more.
