Media reveals the agenda of Putin's official visit to Uzbekistan
During the official visit of Russian President, Vladimir Putin, to Uzbekistan, issues as follow, the fight against terrorism, construction in the republic of nuclear power plants and economic integrationjoint efforts will be raised, reports local media.
The fact of Uzbekistan's withdrawal from the CSTO does not allow talking about countries as close allies. However, countries can be considered close partners, cites media independent expert Konstantin Kalachev.
Kalachev added that the revival of the economy of Uzbekistan creates new opportunities for Russia. He suggested that the accent at the meeting of the leaders of the two countries will be placed on the development of economic cooperation.
As it before reported, on June 9 of this year, Russian and Uzbek presidents Vladimir Putin and Shavkat Mirziyoyev met in Qingdao, China. At the meeting, the Russian leader noted that he plans to visit the republic in the fall of 2018.
