Nearly 2/3 of the population vaccinated with ZF-UZ-VAC 2001 – Anti-coronavirus Staff member
Botir Kurbanov, a member of the Anti-coronavirus Staff, said which vaccine Uzbek people are choosing against coronavirus.
“So far, 1,212,597 people have been vaccinated against coronavirus in Uzbekistan. Of these, 470,000 received the first and second doses of the vaccine,” he said during a briefing at the Agency for Information and Mass Communications.
Reportedly, 62.5% of people were vaccinated with ZF-UZ-VAC 2001, 34% with AstraZeneca and 3.5% with Sputnik V.
For information, Uzbekistan started mass vaccination against COVID-19 on April 1.
