A company related to Jakhongir Artikhodjayev wins construction worth 307.8 billion soums
Discover Invest, which is considered to be related to the Tashkent city khokim Jakhongir Artikhodjayev, won the next major state order in the capital. The second company selected as the reserve winner in the tender is Mimar Group, which is also no stranger to the khokim.
The Jangokh, Chukurkuprik and Zakharik collectors flowing from the Shaykhantakhur district of Tashkent will be closed, and a highway, green areas, pedestrian and bicycle paths will be built on the collectors and in the area adjacent to them.
The state order for the implementation of the 1st stage of works in this regard was given to Discover Invest LLC. The company offered 307.8 billion soums in the tender.
The tender was conducted by the UE “Directorate for the construction and operation of the Daryo Bo’yi Business City entrepreneurship center” under the Tashkent city administration.
Based on the results of this tender, which was held from July 16 to August 2, a contract for 307,815,495,632 soums was drawn up between the customer and Discover Invest LLC, with the condition of completing the work in 657 days. Mimar Group LLC was selected as the reserve winner of the tender.
Who owns Discover Invest LLC?
According to the state register, Discover Invest LLC was registered in 2008. Ismoil Isroilov owns 56.9% of the company, and Abdurasul Zokhidov owns 43.1%.
According to information from some sources, Ismoil Isroilov may be the nephew of Tashkent city khokim Jakhongir Artikhodjayev. He was previously the director of Akfa Engineering Management Company, and at the same time, he is deemed to be a person related to a number of companies that are considered to be owned by the khokim.
Discover Invest won the order of 34.2 billion soums for the construction of a recreation park, a children’s playground, and a “Workout” field not only in the capital, but also in the city of Nukus along the “Dostlik” canal without any tender.
