Changes coming into force from June 1 announced
Kun.uz website traditionally reminds citizens of some of the changes in the legislation of Uzbekistan that will come into force from June 1, 2023.
• Medical institutions will issue a certificate with a QR code on the registration of childbirth, which will be equated with a stamp, and refusal to accept it by state bodies and organizations is strictly prohibited;
• The activities of the collective groups "Tumaris izdoshlari" will be organized with the involvement of women aged 18 to 30 years old with a general secondary or secondary specialized education, permanently residing in the assigned territory, communicative and possessing organizational skills;
• Relatives of the deceased servicemen will be granted additional benefits;
• All subsidies in the field of agriculture are provided through the Information System of the Ministry "Allocation of subsidies to agricultural producers";
• Another way to protect against counterfeit products comes into force;
• According to the annex approved by the relevant presidential decree (sale of spoiled food products, sale of expired goods, sale of low-quality or counterfeit medicines and medical products, sale of medicines and medical products with an extra charge above the specified price, etc.), applications are received and considered through the information system “Soliq hamkor” (“Tax partner”);
• Certain procedures and restrictions are being waived, including:
- the procedure for submitting and issuing electronic invoices for services rendered when payment service organizations carry out money transfers between individuals;
- limiting the opening hours of retail and service facilities.
