Uzbekistan, China discuss prospects for cooperation in field of cybersecurity
Representatives of the Consulate General of our country in Guangzhou held negotiations on cybersecurity issues with Li Yiyao, Deputy Director for International Marketing of the large Chinese company Meiya Pico, and Zheng Zhiye, Director for International Markets.
Meiya Pico is located in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China and is a leading digital forensics and cybersecurity company in China. The company was founded in 1999 and listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2011. The company has 24 branches throughout China and more than 3,000 employees. Today it provides solutions and services for law enforcement agencies and government organizations. Covering more than 40% of the digital forensics market in the country, the company also provides products and services to clients in Hong Kong, Malaysia, South Korea, India, Italy, Indonesia, Cambodia, Thailand, Singapore and France.
During the meeting, the company’s activities and prospects for cooperation with the relevant authorities of our country in the field of cybersecurity were discussed.
In particular, the company’s specialists were invited by Meiya Pico to Uzbekistan in order to reach clear agreements and establish cooperation with the Chinese company in the areas of cybersecurity, working with databases and advanced training of industry specialists.
