To do this, the driver enters the relevant information on the E-notarius.uz website. After this, the notary remotely confirms the purchase and sale agreement via videoconferencing.

It is now possible to register the sale of cars and motor vehicles online, without visiting a notary, the press secretary of the Minister of Justice Sevara Urinboyeva reported.

It is noted that the information portal E-notarius.uz is used for this. In it, citizens select “execute a notarial act” and enter personal data, after which a notarial act is created.

The seller selects the vehicle that is for sale and enters the price, as well as information about the buyer. An SMS notification about this will be sent to the buyer’s phone. The buyer follows the link, undergoes verification via Face-ID and confirms his consent.

After this, a notary is selected automatically or optionally. The notary, accepting the notarial act for execution, sets deadlines, and an SMS notification is sent to the parties’ mobile phones. At the specified time, the notary executes the notarial act via video communication with the participation of the parties.

The originals of the transaction are sent to the parties by courier (postal) service.
