74 Uzbeks who went to USA illegally returned to homeland
Most of them migrated to America through Mexico. They told about the difficulties they had gone through.
On March 3, 74 Uzbeks who went to the USA illegally were returned to their homeland, UzReport reported.
Allegedly, most of them entered America via Mexico. There are also citizens who went through several other countries. The citizens who went to the USA spoke about their difficulties.
“I lost my luggage and suddenly flew to Madrid. In this city, the ticket was lost, and for 14 days, 400 Uzbeks hard days in Madrid. From here we were deported to Turkey. Later we went to Guatemala and tried again. Twice I was returned from the border and spent two days in immigration detention center.
We walked with Venezuelan citizens for 3 days. We fled from there, we walked, we saw the dead and everything. I don’t give advice, America is just advertising,” one of them said.
He said that he spent about $10,000 on this illegal migration.
“I left my home in July, and I arrived in America in August. But I could not work. We spent all the money and returned. My advice to those who want to go – don’t go. It’s just an advertisement. You will get sick again. Everything is a lie,” he says.
For reference, from 2021 to 2023, tens of thousands of immigrants classified as “persons of special interest” by the US government tried to enter the US illegally through Mexico. More than 13,000 of those arrested are citizens of Uzbekistan.
Earlier, it was reported that the US government returned 119 citizens of Uzbekistan who entered the country illegally.
