Schoolboy chained to a car in Samarkand (video)
In the video that has been circulated, one can also see cuts between the fingers and abrasions on the face. A criminal case has been opened on the fact of forced illegal deprivation of liberty.
Human rights activist Abdurakhmon Tashanov published a video in which one can see a boy chained by his legs to a Damas car. The footage also shows cuts between the fingers and abrasions on his face.
According to the human rights activist, when police officers learned that the violator was their former colleague, they forced him to sign a protocol stating that this situation did not constitute violence.
“The boy is currently in the 4th Samarkand city DIA, his fate is unknown to us. But the person who tortured the child is sitting quietly at home,” he said.
According to the PGO, a criminal case has been initiated into this fact under Article 138 of the Criminal Code (violent illegal deprivation of liberty).
Currently, DIA officers are conducting an investigation, which has been taken under the control of the prosecutor’s office.
