Tashkent plumber sentenced to 5-day arrest for sexually harassing a foreigner 

On March 20, the Chilanzar district court on criminal proceedings heard an administrative case against 28-year-old U.S.

According to the case materials, citizen U.S., who worked as a plumber, came to the house of foreign citizen L.B. on a call.

The man grabbed the girl by the hand and hugged her, thus committing acts of a sexual nature.

At the trial, citizen U.S. admitted his guilt, promised not to commit such actions again and asked the court to mitigate the punishment.

The court found the citizen guilty of committing an administrative offense under Part 1 of Article 41-1 of the Administrative Responsibility Code (Sexual harassment), and imposed a punishment of 5-day administrative arrest.
