“Makhsustrans” announced a tender for purchase of garbage trucks and garbage cans
The state-owned enterprise plans to purchase 40 vehicles and more than 3,900 containers.
The SUE “Makhsustrans” announced a tender for the purchase of vehicles and waste containers, the Tashkent city administration reported.
The purchase is carried out within the framework of the municipal solid waste management project, implemented with the support of the Asian Development Bank.
In the first tender package, proposals are accepted for the supply of trucks powered by liquefied gas:
• garbage trucks for collecting solid household waste, with a body volume of 12 cubic meters – 25 units;
• container ships for transporting metal containers with a volume of 27 cubic meters – 15 units.
The second package concerns the purchase of waste containers:
• plastic tanks made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) for waste collection, volume 770 liters – 3,857 units;
• metal containers for transporting waste, 20 cubic meters – 60 units.
Bidders must demonstrate the stability of their financial position in the period from 2021, as well as experience in the production or supply of equipment. In addition, there must be previous successful deliveries for each lot for a certain amount.
