With the support of the Embassy of Uzbekistan, online negotiations were organized between the head of the Avvali halwa production enterprise in Kokand, Abdulatif Kholmatov, and the head of the Omani company East Coast Jewels LLC, Yasser al-Nabhani.
During the negotiations, the prospects for exporting halva produced in Uzbekistan to the Omani market were discussed. It is noteworthy that the Omani side expressed great interest in the sale of Uzbek halwa.
As a result of negotiations, the first batch of sweets was delivered to Oman. Including about 150 kilograms of halwa were delivered to Muscat and distributed at retail outlets in the city.
“These products are distinguished by their quality in terms of taste and elegant packaging. We believe that Uzbek halwa will soon take its rightful place among the best-selling products in Oman,” Yasser al-Nabhani said.
