Saudi Arabia could offer job prospects for thousands from Uzbekistan
Discussions in Jeddah with Arab businessman Ahmad Alkhutami focused on establishing language and vocational training centers, as well as providing permanent jobs for up to 100,000 Uzbekistanis in Saudi Arabia.
During a practical visit to Kuwait and Saudi Arabia, a delegation from the Fergana region, led by Governor Khayrulla Bozorov, engaged in meetings in Jeddah. They met with entrepreneurs who have Uzbek ancestry and own significant businesses in Saudi Arabia – Vision Ambassadors co-founder Osama Kokandiy, Sodiq At-Tijoriya company head Emet Abdulaziz, and Arab businessman Ahmad Alkhutami.
Osama Kokandiy shared his plans with the regional head to implement a poultry project in Fergana.
Emet Abdulaziz expressed his proposals for collaboration in the textile industry and for introducing products made in Fergana to the Saudi Arabian market.
In negotiations with Ahmad Alkhutami, discussions centered on setting up language and vocational training centers and providing permanent jobs for up to 100,000 individuals from Fergana in Saudi Arabia.
Following these proposals, an agreement was reached to initiate cooperation, exchange information, and organize follow-up meetings in Fergana soon.
The Fergana region delegation has concluded its visit to Kuwait and Saudi Arabia and has returned to Fergana.
