Special economic zone for Hungarian and European companies to be set up in Uzbekistan
In the meeting between Shavkat Mirziyoev and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Hungary, Péter Szijjártó, the importance of launching a special economic zone for the projects of Hungarian and European companies in the Tashkent region as soon as possible was emphasized.
On May 7, Shavkat Mirziyoyev received Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó, who came to Uzbekistan to participate in the activities of the joint intergovernmental commission.
Current issues of multilateral cooperation between Uzbekistan and Hungary were discussed at the meeting.
Issues of promotion of projects in industry, pharmaceutical, agriculture, fisheries, logistics, construction of real estate facilities and other directions were considered.
The importance of launching a special economic zone for the projects of Hungarian and European companies in the Tashkent region as soon as possible was emphasized.
