Financial penalty applied against JSC “Tashkent Passenger Car Construction and Repair Plant” 

According to the press service of the Competition Committee, studies were conducted on the tender sales of more than 2.8 billion UZS conducted by JSC “Tashkent Passenger Car Construction and Repair Plant” through special information portals.

Based on the studies, a case was initiated against the ordering organization (JSC “Tashkent Passenger Car Construction and Repair Plant”) for violating the requirements of Article 29 of the Law “On competition”. Also, based on the result, a decision was made to impose a financial penalty, and mandatory instructions were given to eliminate cases of violations and prevent them from happening in the future.

“Besides, an administrative report was drawn up against the official who violated the law and was sent to the court for consideration,” the report reads.
