Saida Mirziyoyeva praises Komil Allamjonov’s public service, wishes him success in private sector
Komil Allamjonov, former head of the Information Policy Department under the Presidential Administration, has announced that he will continue his career in the private sector. The news follows a presidential decree relieving him of his duties in the administration. Saida Mirziyoyeva, Assistant to the President of Uzbekistan, extended her well-wishes to Allamjonov as he embarks on his new journey.
In a statement, Mirziyoyeva commended Allamjonov for his dedication over the past two years, highlighting the significant contributions he made to both state and society during his tenure. “You have approached all of the President’s tasks with great responsibility, implementing important projects for the benefit of the nation and society. You contributed to the advancement of the press and education systems and delivered notable results. For this, we express our deep gratitude,” she stated.
Mirziyoyeva expressed her confidence in the lasting impact of the initiatives Allamjonov spearheaded, stating, “We believe the projects you initiated will undoubtedly bear fruit in the future. We are deeply grateful for your selfless service and professionalism, and we wish you the best of luck in your new endeavors.”
In response, Allamjonov thanked President Shavkat Mirziyoyev for the opportunity to serve the country and reaffirmed his loyalty to the President’s goals and vision. “It has been an honor to work alongside you and achieve great results together. I am proud of the work we have done,” Allamjonov said.
Looking ahead, Allamjonov revealed plans to continue contributing to Uzbekistan’s growth by focusing on the private sector. “I intend to bring modern technologies and investments to key sectors of the economy, thus contributing to the development and progress of our country,” he added.
Komil Allamjonov served as head of the Information Policy Department since August 2023. Prior to this role, he held various prominent positions, including head of the Presidential Press Service, director of the Information and Mass Communications Agency, and chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Public Foundation for Supporting and Developing National Mass Media.
