Uzbekistan repatriates three children left unattended in Türkiye
Three Uzbek minors, left without parental care in Türkiye, have been successfully repatriated to Uzbekistan, according to a report from the Uzbek Consulate General in Istanbul.
The repatriation is part of broader efforts by Uzbek authorities to provide social and legal assistance to citizens abroad.
The children, aged 16, 11, and 6, had been left unattended due to various circumstances, prompting immediate action from officials in response to appeals made by their close relatives.
With the support of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Health, the consulate in Istanbul facilitated the return of the minors. On October 2, under the supervision of responsible personnel, the two girls, aged 16 and 6, along with an 11-year-old boy, were safely sent to Tashkent.
