President pardons 65 convicts on eve of Ramadan Hayit holiday
The corresponding decree on pardoning prisoners on the eve of the celebration of Ramadan Hayit was signed by Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
The President signed a decree, according to which 65 citizens who committed crimes, but who realized their guilt and embarked on the path of correction, were pardoned.
Responsible persons were instructed to create all conditions for these citizens to be able to celebrate the upcoming holiday at home.
“As the great thinker Mir Alisher Navoi said, we must not forget that the cure of human suffering is the highest example of humanism,” the President said.
